If you have tried to succeed online, but your conscience often got in the way…
You are not alone!
Listen, this has happened to me on a regular basis for YEARS.
Especially when it came to Affiliate Marketing.
I was constantly worried about the person on the other end of the transaction.
And because of this, I would stop short of starting any promotions.
I Would Ask Myself Questions Like…
Am I leading the person on the other end down the wrong path?
Am I helping them financially or hurting them?
Are they going to misunderstand my need to make a living online?
Are they going to misunderstand what I am doing or selling?
Will they think bad of me?
Will they judge me or look at me in a negative light?
Will they think I am just after their money?
Will they think that I am the root of all evil?
Sound familiar?
Your Conscience Is a Good Thing
Well, let me tell you this…
Your conscience is a GOOD thing.
It means that you truly care about the person on the other end.
Your conscience is directing you to really help the other person.
And although you want to give, give, and GIVE…
You can’t give away everything with no money coming in, right?
Believe me, I get this.
It is the balance of living on earth as a Christian.
We MUST earn an income from somewhere.
You Can Help People Online
I want to remind you that you can help people online just like in the “real world.”
You don’t have to fix their car or their body to make an honest living.
People have all kinds of needs that we can serve in the online world as well.
For example, emotional needs.
This is a biggie.
Do you know that people are constantly scrolling online on their phones?
And what they read affects their emotions every single day.
This is not something to take lightly.
For someone who is in a fragile emotional state, it could be the difference between life and death.
Which is why you SHOULD be concerned about the person on the other end.
So, What Do You Do About It?
First, did you realize that marketing online the RIGHT way falls in line with the Bible?
I say this because it is true.
The right way to market is to give away something for free or at a very affordable price.
You always start there. Because people don’t know you yet.
And you need to build a relationship with them.
It is commonly referred to in the marketing world as the “Know, Like, and Trust” factor.
Once they get to know you and you start helping them and serving them for FREE…
Then you can give them choices.
Choices in different price ranges to fit a variety of budgets.
And it becomes clear to everyone that the more value you provide, the more they must pay.
It makes sense, right?
But at the same time, you are still providing value for free.
Which means you are still helping people along the way.
You just must make sure that you are recommending products that are fair to everyone.
And will make life on the other end better because of it.
Connecting With a Community of Like-Minded People
I recently came across a network marketing company that was Christian based.
Admittedly, I first thought it was an affiliate program, which is what I normally look for.
And I found out that it was a hybrid pay plan.
Which means that it is a cross between an affiliate pay plan and a network marketing plan.
All this really means is that it pays on the front end AND several levels deep.
It is not something that happens overnight, but simply referring others to the program can begin to earn you an income over time.
I think the best way to look at it is this…
It will connect you with a community of like-minded women.
They want to live right by God and do the right things…
They want to stay in line with their Christian principles and family values.
But they also want to or need to earn a living online.
So, What Are They Selling?
You may be wondering, and rightly so, well what is the product or service they are promoting?
And the answer to that is personal development, professional development, and leadership, all while staying in line with Christian beliefs.
Here’s my experience so far…
I have been there for almost a month at the time of this writing.
I haven’t promoted it yet, because I have promoted lots of other things and I have just been busy.
But I have taken part in some of the online meetings and looked at a couple of courses.
I can tell you for sure that the meetings I have attended revolve around Bible study and community support.
It reminds me a lot of a small group at church.
And since it is online, it especially reminds me of the small group meetings we had when we were quarantined in 2020.
And trying to learn Zoom and online meetings and all that stuff.
Do you remember that?
Maybe you were learning Zoom and online meetings with your job or some other way.
But I think it is safe to say we were all introduced to online meetings during that time, in one way or another.
It is very similar. Except in these meetings, we are going over Bible verses and sharing stories and experiences that can help each other.
We encourage each other to not be afraid to succeed online.
To go out there and help others. All while promoting this membership.
Me, personally, I am still going to sell other things online.
But I have no intention of leaving this company.
The only way would be if I absolutely had to for financial reasons, and I am praying that doesn’t happen!
Because I really like it there.
I like the extra support in addition to the support I get from my “real” church and Christian friends.
We are not perfect. Not by any means.
But as Christians, we at least try to be nice to each other. Right?
And we honestly want to help the people that are brought into our lives.
Online or offline.
